Time Period of Law Course
The Graduation in Law has two types, first is for three years and another one is five years.
About 5 years Law: A student who qualifies for 12th Class (Senior Secondary Exam) (10+2 Class) can apply for the entrance exam to get admission in 05 years Law course.
About 03 years Law: The person can get admission in three years law course only after Graduation (Bachelor Degree) from authorized University. The management of law course can either organize a competitive written exam or merit basis for choosing suitable students.
The difference between 03 OR 05 years Law
There are three primary differences as follows.
- In five-year law course, a candidate can save their one year of study.
- The fee of five years law course is approximately double from three years LL.B course.
- In five years law, more practical subjects covered as compared to three years LL.B.
